Even better this year Goodwood Friday was actually my wife’s birthday and so a different viewpoint in more ways than one, not just in the day but in the way for a change we went on the Ferris wheel which gives you a great view of the whole site, you almost look down on the BMW central display and if that’s not enough, why not take a flight in a helicopter, which I treated jane too. On the Audi stand we met the designer of the new R8 my wife’s dream car and I fell in lust with a land rover.

There was a good display of bikes as well, both static and moving to keep me happy as well with some cool customs too.

Great to watch some of the American drift vans thrash up the hill, seemingly at all angles.

You may think that doing it now for the third year you would think you have seen it all but there always seems to be something new.
